I went to a LARP event last weekend, and the people who organized it were so thoughtful! They made sure to have vegan food at every meal, which they totally did not have to do, but boy was I grateful! I love LARPing, and can't wait until the end of July when I am going to a Harry Potter themed one! That's going to be totally sweet, ya know?
